For the past 20 years, Lenoir was able to establish an extensive tennis background as a player and as a coach. More specifically, as a junior player he was ranked the number #1 in Brazil in U12, U14, U16 and U18. On the ITF world junior rankings he was top #50, where he played the French Open (Roland Garros) two times.
Lenoir played on the tour for a couple years earning a personal-high ranking of #625 on the ATP. Played against several top 100 ATP players including, Andy Murray, Juan Martin Del Potro, Simone Bolelli, Ivan Dodig, Misha Zverev and others.
